We ship orders as quickly as possible — because we know how exciting it is to get cute clothes in the mail!
All orders ship from Texas within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking info via email — so be sure to create an account and check that our emails don't land in your spam folder.
Shipping Rates (U.S. only):
- Orders over $74 — FREE shipping
- Orders under $74 — $6.99 flat rate
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
We get it — sometimes it just doesn't work out. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Last Chance Collection items and accessories are final sale.
To start a return, email us at hiddentrunk@outlook.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions.
